With our innovative process, your carpets are usually dry within 30-90 minutes. If we decide to hot water extract as well, this could increase but still nowhere near as long as the industry standard.
Do I need to move furniture out of the room?
If you can move furniture, please do so we can be out of your way faster. If you can't, no problem, we can move light furniture around or work around it.
Is there a risk of shrinkage?
No. With our carpet cleaning process we use 80% less water than the industry standard, eliminating the risk of over-wetting, which is what typically leads to shrinkage and other issues.
Do you remove stains in the carpet?
If the stain will come out (not chemically bonded), and you choose the Deep Clean Service, we will attempt to remove it. Our success rate is 80-90%.
Is it true that carpets get dirty quicker after they're cleaned?
This is typically not true. However, there is one reason this could happen, if the carpet is over-wetted then chemical residue can cause dirt to stick to the carpet easier.

How long does it take?
Our process is much quicker than the industry standard, we can typically deep clean 1 square meter in as little as 1-2 minutes. For deep carpet cleaning the average sized room, including setup, can take around 20-30 minutes
