1. Introduction

Welcome to AquaPro Cleaning Ltd. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

AquaPro Cleaning Ltd offers a range of cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Carpet, Sofa, Rug, and Mattress Cleaning
  • Stain Removal
  • Delicate Fabrics/Upholstery Cleaning
  • Driveway, Patio, Walkway, and Decking Cleaning
  • Brick, Cladding, Render, and Exterior Cleaning
  • Fence, Gutter, Roof, and Solar Panel Cleaning
  • Window and Conservatory Cleaning
  • Graffiti and Chewing Gum Removal

3. Service Areas

We operate throughout Essex and some areas outside of Essex. For commercial jobs, we travel to most regions within the UK.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is determined based on the specific service, which may be calculated by square meters or job price.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the service, we may require a deposit prior to work commencing.
  • For commercial clients, we issue invoices.

5. Operating Hours

  • Domestic Services: 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Commercial Services: 24/7 availability.

6. Booking

Customers can book our services online, via email, or by phone.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • The customer may cancel an order by notifying us within 7 days. Any deposit paid will be refunded in full, provided work has not commenced.
  • If work has commenced, any reasonable recompense for work carried out will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the customer fails to cancel the order within the specified time (7 days prior), any deposit paid may not be returnable.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered after payment has been collected and work has been completed, unless AquaPro Cleaning Ltd has caused damage.

9. Guarantees and Liability

  • We offer a 'No Damage Guarantee' where any damage caused by us will be covered.
  • For unsatisfactory results, we may offer full or partial refunds or re-attempt the work, depending on the situation.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Clearing the area to be cleaned.
  • Securing pets.
  • Providing access to power, water, and a parking space for our van.

11. Health and Safety Compliance

AquaPro Cleaning Ltd adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations. Customers are expected to ensure the work area is free of hazards. Our team will assess the area upon arrival and reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe.

12. Insurance Coverage

AquaPro Cleaning Ltd is fully insured for public liability. This covers any accidental damage caused by our services. Details of our insurance policy can be provided upon request.

13. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include a re-service or other compensation.

14. Environmental Policy

AquaPro Cleaning Ltd is committed to environmentally friendly practices. We use eco-friendly products wherever possible and adhere to local regulations on waste disposal.

15. Subcontracting

AquaPro Cleaning Ltd reserves the right to subcontract any of the services to third-party providers. However, AquaPro Cleaning Ltd will remain responsible for the quality and standards of the work performed.

16. Customer Property Damage

AquaPro Cleaning Ltd is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to customer property. We recommend customers inform us of any concerns or fragile items before we begin work.

17. Photos and Videos

We may take photos or videos before and after the service for quality assurance, training, and marketing purposes. Customers can request that no photos or videos be taken if they prefer.

18. Privacy and Data Use

We collect customer information, including address, email, and phone number, for booking and marketing purposes. Customer information is shared only with third parties required for these purposes. Please refer to our for more details.

19. Modification of Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to change. Customers will be notified of any changes via email.

20. Termination of Service

  • Customer Termination: Customers may terminate the service agreement in line with our cancellation policy (7 days prior to the scheduled service). If termination occurs after this period or after work has commenced, the customer is responsible for payment of services rendered up to the point of termination, and any deposit may not be refundable.
  • Business Termination: AquaPro Cleaning Ltd reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if the customer violates the terms and conditions, if access to the property is not provided as agreed, or in cases of non-payment. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any work completed up to the point of termination.

21. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we will re-book the service at a mutually convenient time.

22. Customer Feedback and Reviews

We encourage customer feedback to continuously improve our services. By providing feedback or reviews, customers agree that we may use their comments on our website or marketing materials.
